Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your vacuum and vacuum accessories as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Freight (Large Vacuums) 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or shipping destination.

Large Items & Freight Shipping

Some full-size vacuum cleaners and commercial equipment may ship via freight carriers rather than standard parcel services.

For freight deliveries:

  • A signature may be required

  • Delivery will be made to curbside

  • Customers are responsible for bringing the product inside

You will be contacted to schedule delivery when applicable.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • U.S. Territories

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please notify us within 5 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipping fees may apply.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified.
